1. Valuation/Later comparable sales: "Although...'the
best evidence...is found in sales of comparable property within a reasonable time
before the taking,'" the trial court may properly admit testimony of sales subsequent
to the service of summons where the figures are adjusted for differences in the
date of sale - affects the weight of the evidence, not its admissibility.
